Custom Frills Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, add the items you want to order into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. This will display all available shipping costs depending on the UPS shipping service you wish to select (Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select).
Ground Shipping: Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends. Ground orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 5:00 pm Central Time.
Express Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day): These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Express orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 5:00 pm Central Time. If an express order is placed before Noon Central Time, it will usually ship out that same day.
Backorders: You will be contacted via email if you order an item that must be backordered. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, your order will be placed on hold till the backordered item is available to ship. Due to availability, we can only provide an estimate as to when this will occur however most backorders can be filled within 5 business days.
